At BioMane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is saved for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
